At KOKOIST USA, we strive to provide the highest quality professional nail products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process for unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure that your items are in their original packaging, unopened, and unused. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on gels or tools that have been opened.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Return

  Securely pack the items in their original box or a similar protective container, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure prompt processing.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package via a trackable shipping service to the address provided by our team. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
