How long does shipping take within the USA?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping via UPS or USPS generally takes 3-7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Do I need a professional license to purchase KOKOIST products?
While we welcome nail enthusiasts, KOKOIST USA products are professional-grade and designed for use by trained nail technicians. We highly recommend proper training to ensure the best results and safety.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of cosmetic products and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee.
Are KOKOIST gels compatible with other LED/UV lamps?
For optimal curing and longevity, we recommend using the KOKOIST Infinity Light or Le Blanc Light. While our gels cure at 365-405nm, using a non-KOKOIST lamp may result in improper curing or loss of shine.
